Precast
GRC started its precast technology business in 2003 through its wholly-owned subsidiary CES-Precast Pte Ltd (“CESP”) to meet Singapore’s growing demand for precast components. CESP supplies precast concrete materials for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, as well as offers engineering services to optimize in-situ design to incorporate precast systems.
3D Concrete Printing
In recent years, CESP is developing niche manufacturing capabilities to offer DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) products including PBUs (prefabricated bathroom units), PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) and advanced 3D concrete printing.
